Welcome to the web-site of the International Conference on Ph.D. Thesis Defence 2009, which will be held as a part of the International Forum on the Development of Education and Science - EuroFIDES from October 22 to 25, 2009 in the conference hall of the CMS Yaltinsky in the City of Yalta, Crymea AR, Ukraine. Since 2009 we have implemented new incentive program to attract more scientists – scientific supervisors (doctors, professors). We will waive a registration fee (including accommodation and meals) if such scientific supervisor will attract five and more Ph.D. students to take part in the conference.
